This policy applies to UK customers only. We sell exclusively to UK buyers and do not offer international sales.

1. Your right to cancel (UK distance selling)

If you purchase from us online as a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

How this right applies depends on whether the item purchased is a physical product or a digital product.

2. Physical products (smart rings, USB cards, posted items)

Change-of-mind returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your physical item to notify us that you wish to return it.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returned items must be sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

How to start a return

Returns can be started by:

using the automated returns link provided in your order confirmation email,

logging into your customer account if you created one, or

contacting us via the website chat or by email at supportteam@simeontuitt.co.uk.

Items sent back without first starting the return process may be delayed or refused.

3. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Digital products – retail purchases

Refunds on retail digital products

Retail digital products, including downloadable files, audio, and information products, are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, even though delivery is instant.

To request a refund, you must contact supportteam@simeontuitt.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and provide your order number.

If a refund is issued for a retail digital product:

you must stop using the product, and

any downloaded copies must be deleted.

5. Licensed products (Master Resell Rights, Resell Rights, and Trademark Licences)

Before purchasing a licensed product

Some digital products are sold with licensing rights, including Master Resell Rights, Resell Rights, and Trademark Licences.

Where a product is available in both a retail version and a licensed version, we strongly recommend purchasing the retail version first so you can review the content and quality before purchasing any licensed product.

Refunds and licence termination

If a licensed product purchase, including Master Resell Rights, Resell Rights, or a Trademark Licence, is refunded for any reason:

all licence rights end immediately,

you must immediately stop using the product,

you must immediately cease all marketing, promotion, and advertising of the product,

you must remove any listings, sales pages, websites, advertisements, or social media posts offering or promoting the product, and

you must delete all copies of the digital files and any materials derived from them.

Unauthorised use after refund

Any continued use, promotion, marketing, distribution, or sale of a product after a licence has been terminated is unauthorised and may infringe copyright, intellectual property, or trademark rights. Appropriate enforcement action may be taken where necessary.

6. Refund processing times

If your return or refund request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

7. Required contact before payment disputes

We operate a clear, accessible, and automated returns and refund process.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised without first contacting us, we may provide order records, delivery confirmation, access or download logs, and this policy to the payment provider as part of our response.
